This is the 5th installment of the transcription of the minute book of Maple Leaf Lodge No 186 of Orange Young Britons, Ravenna, Collingwood Township, Grey County, Ontario. The minute book covers the years 1878 to 1882.
In this installment several new members join the Lodge, the purchase of regalia is discussed, changes to the meeting location and schedule are considered, and the Lodge decides to buy a new minute book.

S. I. Pegg: couldn’t identify a possibility near Ravenna on the 1871 or 1881 census.
Wm. Wilson: There are a couple of possibilities on the 1881 Euphrasia Township census. (1881 Census of Canada; Census Place: Euphrasia, Grey East, Ontario; Roll: C_13261; Page: 52; Family No: 220) and (1881 Census of Canada; Census Place: Euphrasia, Grey East, Ontario; Roll: C_13261; Page: 11; Family No: 50).
Edward Hawman: Likely Edward Hawman age 10 on the 1871 Collingwood Township census. (1871 Census of Canada; Census Place: Collingwood, Grey North, Ontario; Roll: C-9953; Page: 68; Family No: 218.) His older brother Arthur had joined the Lodge earlier.
William J Brooks: Likely William J Brooks age 12 on the 1871 Collingwood Township census. (1871 Census of Canada; Census Place: Collingwood, Grey North, Ontario; Roll: C-9953; Page: 78; Family No: 283.)
